I have spent the last five years of my life under the leadership of my teachers and building strong relationships with students. These incredible five years in Shernold have given me lovely memories and moments through which I understand something about myself and others. I now know what it means to be part of Shernold. We each have our own unique experiences; our own unique set of memories and have each played our own unique role during our time in Shernold.

Shernold is much more than a school. There is so much going on here, with all the events, groups, trips and sports. On behalf of all my House Captains and the rest of Year 6, I would like to say an enormous thank you to Mrs Dinsmore and all the teachers. You all make the school unique and wonderful. Each member of staff makes a difference here. Your patience and smiles are very much appreciated.

Last year our Head Girl was outstanding. I hope to continue in her footsteps and serve Shernold to the best of my ability. My aim is to bring students and teachers closer together as a community. This year I would like to introduce a Suggestion Box to our school.

The box will get everyone more involved in school life. Communicating is very important and the views of students is my main priority. I enjoy talking to people and listening. I want all students to know that I am not different from them and would be happy and proud to give new ideas to teachers. I would like to make everyone's experience at Shernold as much fun as it has been for me. I want everyone to know that they can approach me anytime if they need help with something.
